Who we are
Abyss Consulting is led by Seth Cooper, who spent thirteen years in operations, running the day-to-day, building internal management software, and advising on technology decisions, before formalizing the work as Abyss Consulting. Consulting since 2013, based in La Honda, CA.
How we work
- Walk-through, We come to you and look at what's working and what isn't. No charge.
- Proposal, A written scope with phases, costs, and timeline.
- Build, We do the work, on time and on budget. Most jobs run 2–12 weeks.
- Hand-off, Docs, training, and a system you can run yourself. We stay on call.
